The new Ordinance will not be enforced until November 1, 2015 at least a year after the City decided that a new Ordinance was needed. And this will not be the end of the controversy, plenty of buskers showed up at the meeting promising to fight the Ordinance, stating that it was unconstitutional.

The problem with the buskers could be solved by tourist. Most of the complaints are because of the new vulgarity on display and it gets worse and worse. Some tourist get their picture taken with a mostly naked man or woman because they want to show the picture to their friends but admit that they thought the busker was vulgar or gross. If No One tipped them, they would not come back so any that You see are getting tips and they return over and over.

The mostly naked People are rarely attractive, in fact they are gross and are performing for shock factor. This is a sad situation and most likely linked to mental illness. We are told not to feed bears if they come in our yard but plenty of People still do because they are so cute, the same problem is ongoing for these vulgar buskers.
