The Mirage Hotel and Casino was the very first Mega Resort built on the Las Vegas Strip. We can blame Steve Wynn for starting this trend and turning Las Vegas Strip into something that No real Vegas lover wanted. The Mirage is a 4 star Hotel, I am sure a 5 star rating is what was wanted. Since it has been on the strip so long now, it is impossible to know if Your room is going to be up to 4 star standards or not, will you get a room that is remodeled in the last year? The rooms should be very nice with modern features especially the bedding. If You stay here inspect Your room immediately and request another if it is not up to 4 star standards. The status of the Mirage is still acceptable as a luxury resort. There is always a lot going on at the Mirage, You will see some celebrities still hanging out here.
