Las Vegas Show “The Player” already cancelled

Watching “The Player” I started thinking, this show is definitely not going to make it. I was only watching because I wanted to see Vegas on TV. Not Everyone wants to see Vegas on TV so this show would have to make it on content. Sadly, there is no content. The show already went to Los Angeles on the third episode, so they were already tired of Vegas scenery which was the whole purpose of the show. And on the 5th episode they took a trip to Seattle, they just did not trust that viewers would stay with an all Vegas background. Wesley Snipes was good in this series but the writers just didn’t give Him anything to work with.
I still believe that there is a successful long term show that can be based in Las Vegas, it just needs better writing.
