Pawn Stars reality star Chumlee will not go to jail as a result of a plea deal. That isn’t surprising for the weapons and drug possession charges but it has surprised many in the sexual assault case. The Sexual assault part of His charges were by far the most serious but prosecutors did not have enough evidence to make those charges stick. Did He get special treatment? Actually, no, He did not, in fact an average Joe would have gotten even less.
All the terms of the deal are not yet public, but We do know Chumlee will get probation and NO jail time. The two felonies will eventually become misdemeanors once he completes probation.
Looks like Chumlee is dodging jail time for drugs and guns..https://t.co/HIchpDa5X9 https://t.co/s8tWTMc2pa
